According to an article found at The Deacon’s Bench, plans are underway to create a full-scale replica of Noah’s Ark.
The “Ark Encounter” will consume 3 years and $150 million in its construction.
However, the finished product is set to include live animal shows, an aviary, a replica of the Tower of Babel with exhibits, a children’s interactive play area, a 500-seat 5-D special effects theater, a lookalike first-century Middle Eastern village and a “Walled City much like was found in ancient times,” the release said.
This looks massive, and very fun, but I can’t help wonder if there’s a better way for $150 million dollars to be spent than on a theme park?
